Hi! I’m Christina. Welcome. Here is some personal/factual info about me:
I’m a human who believes breathing is very important.
I also believe spiritual connection is essential.
Specifically, I practice yoga and gratitude every day, and I actively work to be anti-racist.
I’m also a writer. (You can check out some of my street cred here.)
I’ve known I was a writer since I was seven years old.
I was the editor of my high school newspaper, which was nationally ranked and basically a professional-grade publication. In other words, the bar for accuracy and honesty was set high at an early age.
I graduated cum laude from the Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern University and moved to New York to work in magazines, which I did, for a little while.
Then I got a job in book publishing.
I love books.
I wrote a book!
It’s called Are You My Boyfriend? and it is a picture book for grown-ups, and I am told it is very funny as well as sincere, and if you have ever struggled with dating or know someone who has, you may well want to procure a copy or two.
You can sometimes still find it in stores (please ask for it if you don’t see it!), and you can definitely get it online.
After more than a decade, I stopped working in book publishing. But I still love books.
And I really love, well, LOVE!
I believe that only love is real.
Therefore, love > fear.
If you would like reminders of that truth, I warmly invite you to sign up for my weekly #thankyouthursday emails or my occasional meditation messages.
And if you have any questions for me or just want to say hi, please email me at christina[at]christinabryza.com or find me on social media.
(I’m @christinaBEane on Instagram.)
In any case, I wish you well, and thanks for stopping by!
